Here are the State of Oregon laws (Oregon Revised Statutes, or ORS) and regulations (Oregon Administrative Rules, or OAR) that govern the qualifications, responsibilities, and conducts of mental health professionals. This is not a comprehensive list, and is provided without commentary.
